The L.A.P. Workshop is a full-day, in-person creative reboot. designed for female-identifying actresses who feel stuck, uninspired, or just want a reset.

Hosted by Aliyah O’Brien ( Actress and ICF Certified Life Coach with emphasis on embodiment - learn more here) and Priscilla Faia (certified good time), this isn’t your average acting workshop - it’s a full-spectrum artist embodiment experience, where we work from the inside out. This day is about reigniting your creative life force, not just your “technique.” We’ll strip away the noise, the pressure, the “shoulds,” and reconnect you with your body, your breath, and your inner artist.
